Interdisciplinary thematic centres

Aarhus University has set up a number of interdisciplinary thematic research centres that focus specifically on developing solutions to major societal challenges.

Basic research centres

Natural Sciences has six basic research centres financed by the Danish National Research Foundation. The centres conduct research at the highest level both nationally and internationally.
