A Bachelor's degree programme has a duration of three years. Most students continue afterwards on a relevant two-year Master's degree programme. New Bachelor’s students at Natural Sciences must have an average grade of at least 6.0 for the qualifying examination, and an average of at least 6.0 in Mathematics A, to be admitted directly through quota 1. The purpose is to strengthen the quality of the study programmes, reduce dropout rates, and educate even better graduates.
