I am a PhD student at the National Centre for Register-based Research at the Department of Public Health, Aarhus University. I work with treatment resistance in schizophrenia, depression, and ADHD using the Danish registers and genetics. Additionally, I work with methods and applications for decoding in hidden Markov models. I have a BSc in Mathematics and a MSc in Statistics from Aarhus University.
I use the Danish registers and biobanks to research psychiatric disorders, more specifically treatment resistance in schizophrenia, depression and ADHD.
In my work with Hidden Markov models, my research is focused on the hybrid decoding method and the limitations of traditional decoding methods.
My main job responsibility is preparing data and doing statistical analysis for the projects I work on. I can also be involved in all stages of a research project, from start to finish.
