Cristiano Spotti receives support from VILLUM Young Investigator for a research project, which will investigate metric aspects of the relations between differential and algebraic geometry, two of the most classical branches of Mathematics, which also have significant connections with current Theoretical Physics.

VILLUM Young Investigator funds are targeted researchers at the beginning of their careers to ensure that they can pursue the ideas that they are most passionate about. The funding will, among other things, be used to build research groups and employ other young researchers (postdocs and PhDs) to complete the specific projects that typically run over 3-5 years.
